چکیده
Wood vinegar is a natural organic pesticide that effective against plant diseases and harmful insects used in agriculture particular for the improvement of soil quality. In different application areas, wood provides protection various bacteria, fungi, insects.Based on its demonstrated as antifungal, this study aimed to use an impregnation agent materials. For purpose, using full-cell process, Pinus sylvestris Fagus orientalis samples were impregnated with concentrations 1 %, 5 3 % 6% oak vinegar, obtained via pyrolysis sessile Quercus petraea. at 350 °C.The then subjected tests brown-rot (Serpula lacrymans) white-rot (Trametes versicolor) Hylotrupes bajulus (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) larvae, three mold fungi (Aspergillus niger Tiegh JAG-04-1003, Penicillium brevicompactum Dierckx FS-31, Trichoderma harzianum Rifai FS-19). According results, was found exhibit antimold, larvicidal properties consequently, could be effectively protection.

Toxicity of dyes and related compounds to wood-destroying fungi.
In 1891 Ehrlich demonstrated the antimalarial activity of methylene blue and a few years later discovered that trypan red would kill trypanosomes. These disclosures helped lay the foundations of chemotherapy. Since that time many workers have studied the effects of dyes on microorganisms, among them Stearn and Stearn (1924). Dion and Lord (1944) and Aiquel and Herraro (1948) have shown that bas...
متن کاملThe effects of pine wood vinegar on the germination, growth and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber
Wood vinegar is a substance, derived from cooling black carbon fire, which could be used instead of chemical materials in the agriculture industry as an organic compound. In order to study the effectiveness of pine wood vinegar on physiological and photosynthesis traits of cucumber, two experiments were conducted based on a completely randomized design with six treatments including 0, 1250, 200...
متن کاملEFFECTS OF WOOD ON THE GROWTH OF LIGNICOLOUS FRESHWATER FUNGI
The addition of cottonwood and ash sapwood powder to YPSSl2 medium influenced the mycelial growth of 13 species of freshwater lignicolous Ascomycetes and Hyphornycetes. These species fall into three groups with respect to their responses to the presence of leached or non-leached wood powder. Neither wood type showed strong inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of the species. Leaching di...
متن کاملInteracting Effects of Insects and Flooding on Wood Decomposition
Saproxylic arthropods are thought to play an important role in wood decomposition but very few efforts have been made to quantify their contributions to the process and the factors controlling their activities are not well understood. In the current study, mesh exclusion bags were used to quantify how arthropods affect loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) decomposition rates in both seasonally floode...
